"I was in town for a Thursday night VT game on my way to see a daughter at Knoxville. My brakes were not working properly on landing. Scott came out to take a look at the problem immediately and I left him the keys knowing i was leaving the following morning. He spent several hours working on the problem, got the problem fixed temporarily allowing me to continue my trip. Because he was unable to permanently fix the problem due to a lack of parts, he didn't charge me for his time. I will now go out of my way to bring the plane there for any major service as a result."
